Join us downtown on the corner of Main and North Columbus Street.  We will kick of the start of the Lancaster Festival with cool activities to celebrate.  We are going to up size our Paint Pendulum and fill it with chalk paint to create some super new Street Painting!!! We will also have our Tower Pendulum.  These pendulums will have you enticed to create something new. We will see you downtown from 6-9pm.
