Children's Museums have been established since the late 1800's. This is not a new concept. Children's Museums are successful because they are EDUCATIONAL, they foster INTERACTION between children and the adults in their lives, and they are a lot of FUN!

Mission

The sole mission of AHA! is to surround children and the adults in their lives with a hands-on, interactive, playful and educational environment that invites curiousity, allows exploration, encourages participation and celebrates the child-like wonder in us all.

History

Back in 2006, a group of parents (three A's and a J to be exact) were discussing how much they enjoyed visiting Children's Museums in other cities and wondered why there couldn't be one right here in Lancaster, Ohio. This discussion led to lots of meetings, research, leg work and fundraising. Along the way, two more parents, a D and a K, joined in and AHA! grew from an idea to reality.
